Therapy Services

You’ve been feeling stuck—second-guessing yourself, questioning your worth, and wondering if you’ll ever feel 'connected' again. The relationship stuff has left you raw, maybe even doubting if you can trust your choices. Deep down, you just want to feel loved, confident, and safe. You want to reconnect with the parts of you that feel alive, strong, and unshakably you—so you can trust where you’re headed and know that you are making the right choices in life.

I can help.

I offer customized Therapy for humans that want support with relationships, trust issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity formation, trauma, burnout, & boundaries.

  • My approach is somatic, relational, and integrative—rooted in the belief that healing happens through deep listening and authentic connection.

Drawing from Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Kiara blends right-brain experiential work—such as nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and body awareness—with left-brain tools like skills-building, emotional literacy, and psychoeducation. This balance allows clients to access not just mental understanding, but fully felt transformation from the inside out.

In her sessions, Kiara helps clients explore what’s happening beneath the words—how emotions live in the body, how protective parts emerge, and how the nervous system responds to safety and stress. Through co-regulation, curiosity, and compassion, she supports clients in moving from survival mode to self-trust, from reactivity to relationship.

Kiara’s professional experience is especially grounded in supporting Adults, Couples, Teens, and Families, guiding them toward clearer communication, emotional regulation, and deeper connection. Her presence is warm, attuned, and gently direct, inviting clients into a process that honors both vulnerability and resilience, body and mind, humor and honesty.

  • I work with intelligent, heart-centered survivors of relational trauma—people who feel "broken" or disconnected and are tired of running. My clients often struggle with:

    • Relational Trust: Feeling taken advantage of in the past and fearing it will happen again.

    • Inner Safety & Trust: A lack of grounding that leads to ruminations, indecisiveness, and chronic fear.

    • Body Sovereignty: Treating their bodies with harsh judgment or neglect as a result of past violations.

    • Boundary Collapse: Difficulty saying "no" or discerning who is safe to let in.

  • Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem & Body Image Issues, Life Transitions, Learning how to trust and Love yourself again, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Burnout from Overworking/Over-giving, Gender/Sexual Identity (LGBTQIA+), and Communication Skill Development.

  • For many survivors of relational trauma, sitting in a room eye-to-eye with a therapist can feel overstimulating or "too much" to receive. Nature Therapy offers a different container—one that is expansive, grounded, and physically rooted.

Nature is also scientifically proven to heal relational trauma & develop secure attachment.

  • I offer somatic and/or talk therapy to individuals that prefer a closed space to share, be vulnerable, and work on their set goals.

  • Kiara’s journey into somatic psychotherapy didn’t start in a classroom—it started in her own body. Years ago, she found herself carrying tension, anxiety, and patterns of disconnection that no amount of talk therapy could fully release. It was through the gentle, transformative practice of tuning into her nervous system, honoring her body’s wisdom, and learning to reclaim choice that she experienced a profound shift.

Having walked this path herself, Kiara knows intimately what it feels like to feel trapped in one’s own mind and body—and what it takes to move toward safety, connection, and ease. This personal experience fuels her empathy, attunement, and intuition as a therapist. She doesn’t just teach techniques; she guides from lived understanding, meeting each client where they are and holding space for their unique process of healing.

Kiara’s own transformation became the foundation for her professional work. She combines clinical training with somatic awareness to help others step into their bodies, reclaim agency, and discover resilience they might not have known they had. Her journey is both a compass and an invitation: if she could find her way to safety and wholeness, you can too.

  • In her free time, Kiara enjoys taking herself out to eat delicious food, laying out in her hammock, cuddling with her partner, backpacking, traveling, and reading a good book with a nice, hot cup of tea.
