Be
Audaciously
You
For those who would rather be behind the lens than in front of it
I see you. The one who hides in the back of group photos, or feels a surge of cortisol the moment a camera comes out.
My photography practice is built on the belief that being 'seen' shouldn't feel like a threat. Drawing on my background in Somatic Therapy, I facilitate photoshoots designed for the shy, the anxious, and the self-critical.
We don't 'pose.' We regulate. We don't 'perform.' We arrive. Together, we create a space where your nervous system can exhales, allowing your most authentic, quiet radiance to emerge on its own terms.
This isn’t just a photoshoot
this is a therapeutic experience of self-reclamation
If you’ve ever felt ‘paralyzed’ or ‘performative’ in front of a camera, that’s just your nervous system trying to protect you. My sessions aren’t about 'powering through' that feeling. We use somatic grounding techniques—breath, weight-shifting, and sensory awareness—to help your body feel safe enough to be seen.
traditional Photoshoot
"Work your angles."
"Smile for the camera."
"I'll tell you how to pose."
“Overcome your fear."
Theraprutic photoshoot
"Let’s find where your breath settles."
"Where does your authentic smile shine through?”
"Let’s take a pause, ground, and talk about it”
What to Expect
In somatic therapy, there is a term used to describe the creation of a positive experience in the present to ‘heal’ the core wound of a past negative one.
In this photoshoot, we are creating a safe, positive, transformational experience for your nervous system to ‘update’ it’s memory stores and signal the brain that it is indeed safe to be seen in all future events.
We are essentially creating proof or ‘evidence’ for your body & brain through this guided, therapeutic photo experience.
We start with a grounding exercise to anchor you in the space. Perhaps have a tea and talk about your goals, how you want to feel, and some past experiences that may be shaping your present.
❋ Pre-Session
You have 'veto power' over any prompt. We check in on your capacity throughout the shoot. There is no rush. If we spend the first 20 minutes just drinking tea and regulated breathing, that’s part of the process.

❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by a somatic therapist who knows how to hold space, ignite transformation, and inspire the most audacious YOU.
The goal isn't a 'pretty' picture—it’s a photograph that feels like home to you and an experience you can take with you throughout the rest of your life.
